對(duì)鋁板進(jìn)行清洗不僅僅是為了使建筑的墻體保持干凈漂亮的表面，而是要定期將積在烤漆表面的對(duì)烤漆會(huì)有侵害的污濁去除，保證烤漆的長(zhǎng)期質(zhì)量，清洗工作的周期主要取決于項(xiàng)目所在地的環(huán)境條件以及板面實(shí)際污染的程度而定。

1、從用大量的清水沖洗板表面開(kāi)始，使用浸有經(jīng)水稀釋過(guò)的洗滌劑的軟布輕輕的擦試板面。

2、再用大量的清水沖洗板面，將臟物沖走，檢查板面，對(duì)于沒(méi)有洗干凈的地方用洗滌劑重點(diǎn)清洗。用清水沖洗板面，直至將洗滌劑全部沖掉。

3、不要清洗熱的板面，溫度超過(guò)40度時(shí)，水分會(huì)過(guò)快的揮發(fā)對(duì)板面烤漆有害。一定要注意的是，選用合適的洗滌劑，最好是選用中性洗滌劑，請(qǐng)不要使用強(qiáng)堿性洗滌劑，通常有的氫氧化鉀、氫氧化鈉或碳酸鈉，強(qiáng)酸性洗滌劑，磨蝕性洗滌劑以及烤漆溶解性洗滌劑。
